Who this is for: Contract owners, contract managers, anyone who tracks renewal windows
Time to complete: 1–2 minutes
The Expirations & Renewals tile on the home page is your early-warning system. It surfaces every contract you have access to that is expiring or auto-renewing in the next 60 days, so you can take action before the window closes.
Steps
1. Find the Expirations & Renewals tile
Sign in. Look at the Your Actions panel on the home page — the first tile is Expirations & Renewals. The badge on the right tells you how many contracts need attention.

2. Open the slide-out
Click the tile. CLX opens a slide-out on the right side of the screen with the full list.
Expirations & Renewals slide-out
At the top of the Expirations and Renewals slide-out there is a dropdown labeled “Display Date Range”. That dropdown allows you to edit the number of days that the Expirations & Renewals slide-out references. It can reference day ranges in the past and the future.
Each row shows:
The contract title (click to open the contract)
The Company/counterparty (organization on the other side of the contract)
The contract Type
The number of days until expiration / renewal date
The value of the contract
3. Take action
From the slide-out you can:
Click a contract to open its full record — useful for editing the renewal terms or starting a workflow
Close the slide-out by clicking the X in the top-right corner, or by clicking outside it
Tips
The list is sorted by date, soonest first.
Contracts you don’t have permission to see are excluded — even if they’re expiring.
Auto-renewing contracts appear here too, so you can decide whether to let them renew or send a non-renewal notice in time.
