Tour the home page
Who this is for: Everyone — this is the first screen after you sign in
Time to complete: 2 minutes to read end-to-end
The home page is your daily landing pad in CLX. It surfaces the work waiting on you, the quickest ways to add new records, and a high-level read on contract activity — all without making you click into any list view.
What you’ll see
Full home page
The page is built from four areas:
Area | What it does |
Welcome banner | Greets you by name, confirms you’re signed into the right tenant |
Quick Actions | One-click shortcuts to add a Contract, Request, Organization, or Person |
Your Actions | Personal to-do panel — Expirations & Renewals, Your Tasks, Watch List |
Metrics | Roll-ups (for example, Total Value of Contracts) for the records you have access to |
A scrollable activity feed appears below the cards, showing recently changed contracts and documents.
Quick Actions
Use Quick Actions to start a new record without leaving the home page.
Quick Actions panel
Button | Opens |
Add New Contract | Contract create form (manual entry) |
Add New Request | New request — pick a request type on the next step |
Add New Organization | Organization create form |
Add New People | Person create form |
Your Actions
This panel is the most-used area of the home page. Each tile opens a slide-out panel with the underlying records.
Your Actions panel
Tile | Opens | When to use it |
Expirations & Renewals | Slide-out list of contracts expiring soon | Start of week — see what needs renewing |
Your Tasks | Slide-out list of tasks assigned to you | Daily — work down your to-do list |
Watch List | Slide-out list of records you’re watching | Catch updates on records you don’t own but care about |
Tips
The home page only shows records you have permission to see. Two users on the same tenant may see different counts.
Counts on the Your Actions tiles update in real time when records change — no need to refresh.
The home page is read-only at the surface; every action opens a slide-out or navigates to a full page so nothing changes by accident.
