Tour the contracts list
Who this is for: Anyone who works with contracts — this is the page you’ll open most often
Time to complete: 1 minute
The contracts list is the entry point into every contract you can access. From here you can search, filter, sort, and page through your entire portfolio, or jump to any contract to see its details.
Steps
1. Open the Contracts page
From the sidebar, click Contracts. You land on a list showing every contract you have permission to view.
The Contracts list page
The page has five regions you’ll use regularly:
The title bar across the top — shows the page name and the + New Contract button on the right
The search box — free-text search across contract titles and numbers
The grid toolbar — Show All Versions toggle and the three-dot grid menu (columns, filters, exports, bulk actions)
The grid itself — every row is a contract; click anywhere on a row to open it
The pager at the bottom — how many rows per page and which page you’re on
2. Search contracts
Type in the Search contracts box to narrow the list. Search is debounced — it runs automatically about half a second after you stop typing.
The search box
Search looks at the contract title and number. For anything more specific — a counterparty, a stage, a date range — use the filter panel instead (three-dot grid menu → Columns / filters).
3. Create a new contract
Click + New Contract in the top-right to open the Add Contract wizard. You’ll choose between entering contract details manually and uploading an existing document for AI extraction.
The New Contract button
For the full walkthrough see Add a contract manually or Add a contract via AI upload.
4. Move through long lists with the pager
At the bottom of the grid, the pager shows the current range and total. Use the page numbers or arrows to jump forward or back.
The pager at the bottom of the grid
The default page size is 100 rows. A dropdown next to the arrows lets you change it.
Tips
Clicking anywhere on a row (not just the title) opens the contract.
The three-dot menu on the right of the grid header has Show Archived, Columns, Clear Filters, Export to Excel/PDF, Save as Report, and Reprocess Contracts.
The Show All Versions toggle decides whether earlier versions of the same contract binder show up as separate rows. Off by default.
Column headers are sortable — click once for ascending, again for descending.
